New Feathers Utilities is a joint partnership between Axis Vac & HDD and New Feathers Industrial, bringing together experienced utility construction, HDD, and hydrovac services with Indigenous-led industrial capacity in Saskatchewan. Through this partnership, New Feathers Utilities was established to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality utility and industrial construction services while creating meaningful economic opportunity and long-term capacity within Indigenous communities across Western Canada.
New Feathers Industrial is a majority Indigenous-owned company working in partnership with economic development corporations representing Île-à-la-Crosse, Big River First Nation, and Saulteaux First Nation. Together, New Feathers Utilities supports Indigenous participation in utility and industrial construction while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accountability, and reliable project execution for municipal, energy, telecom, and industrial clients.
